What Tier 2 is NOT
• no full hand-drawn characters
• no heavy 3D
• no overloaded charms
• no detailed murals or portraits
• complex art combo

Tier 3 is for the girls that want to go FULL out, which can include:
• detailed hand-drawn art (characters, realistic designs)
• 3D art (flowers, bows, sculpted designs)
• heavy charms (multiple charms per nail or large pieces)
• mix of multiple techniques (chrome + art + charms)
• full art on most or all nails
• encapsulated designs
• advanced patterns (animal print with detail, layered art)
• rhinestone-heavy sets
• themed sets (birthday, holiday, photoshoot nails)

What Tier 3 is NOT:
• not just extra colours alone
• not simple chrome or ombré by itself
• not 1–2 accent nails only
• not small gems or light charms
• not basic French variations
