• full art on most or all nails
• encapsulated designs
• advanced patterns (animal print with detail, layered art)
• rhinestone-heavy sets
• themed sets (birthday, holiday, photoshoot nails)
What Tier 3 is NOT:
• not just extra colours alone
• not simple chrome or ombré by itself
• not 1–2 accent nails only
• not small gems or light charms
• not basic French variations
